Essential Job Functions
- Adhere to State license regulation and guidelines.
- Adhere to all Sitters Companion Adult Care policies and procedures
- Implement initial patient assessment to determine personal care needs.
- Develop a patient care plan that explicitly addresses and identified patient activities of daily living concerns and goals.
- Maintain current, accurate, and appropriate care plans on an ongoing basis; revises and resolves patient issues and goals as changes occur or recertification.
- Provide high-quality services to clients in a manner that is consistent with Sitters Companion Adult Care Philosophy.
- Serve as a liaison for the clients by reporting any changes in status promptly.
- Maintain an environment for our clients and staff that implements quality health and safety management standards to protect individual welfare.
Qualification Requirements
- License to Practice as a Registered Nurse
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid operator's driving license
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Background Check
Personal Care Aide
Portsmouth Area
Part-Time
Essential Job Functions
- Adhere to State license regulation and guidelines.
- Adhere to all Sitters Companion Adult Care policies and procedures
- Provide high-quality services to clients in a manner that is consistent with Sitters Companion Adult Care Philosophy.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, reposition, and movement of clients.
- Observe, monitor, and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to senior staff.
- Maintain an environment for our clients and staff that implements quality health and safety management standards to protect individual welfare.
Qualification Requirements
- License to Practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certificate to Practice as a Personal Care Aide
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid operator's driving license
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Background Check
